Because divorce is often linked with immoralities and may play a role in the sequence of events that leads to the apocalypse, I would like to offer some ideas to help protect the Catholic lifelong marriages.

The number of divorces per 100 marriages is high across the world in the present modern era. In many cases, either the husband or the wife refuse to continue living together. Yet despite this, they may remain together, with their children, for 30 years. I believe that lifelong cohabitation is possible, but due to complex circumstances, it's the refusal of the other that triumphs.

Divorces is more common in the modern lifestyle. The liberation of woman and "gender equality" also promotes divorce, because disputes arise more easily—and, thus, so do divorces. Note: In the Bible, Jesus asks us not to divorce; the Christian/Catholic marriage should, therefore, be everlasting.

Some of the evil consequences of divorce for the ex-spouses include:

• Divorce causes immorality and adultery for the ex-partners, as they often end up finding new lovers outside of the Catholic marriage...

Our Lady (and also Jesus), in New York (link: www.tldm.org/directives/d305.htm), said that the best practice is for couples to pray the Rosary together every day.

In this way, the family remains united.

Another important directive from Heaven—this one 'Over Adultery and Divorce'—can be found at the website www.tldm.org, at www.tldm.org/Directives/d223.htm.

Some other protections, such as praying the St. Michael's exorcism, fasting, wearing a brown scapular around the neck, a Rosary, a St. Benedict's medal and a crucifix, may also help.

Fast or dieting regularly may also improve one’s personal appearance, which in turn is good for the marriage...

It also helps if the woman submits* to her husband, as asked by the Bible in Colossians 3:18. The husband, in turn, should love* and correct his wife, as stated in Colossians 3:19 (without giving her sinful commands), and both should remember that marriage is meant to last a lifetime, even in difficult situations.

* - But this is complex! The husband should be pro-God, and the union should be a legitimate, Catholic marriage for life. It's better to have children only within this context. The superior lady should help her husband rise in the hierarchy instead of asserting her superiority (doctorate, etc.). However, interests often differ. Initial conditions may not always match 100% (children from other father or other mother, the husband is not Christian or pro-God, etc.), therefore, the Holy Bible proposes general best practices but doesn't force them.

In these complex situations, one should see a priest to meditate over the eventual risk of splitting. But Catholic marriages for life should not separate...

Praying daily  Rosaries (ideally together as a couple, attentively, and under the conditions for a plenary indulgence) is perhaps a good idea to calm things...

The right to divorce IS NOT a "TRUE FREEDOM," BECAUSE IT'S THE RIGHT OF ONE (or two) TO DESTROY (the family) AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF THE OTHERS (the rejected spouse and the children) who seek to MAINTAIN THE FAMILY.

IT'S ONE OF THE FALSE FREEDOMS OF THE POLLUTED WEST.

The situation becomes even more serious, when Catholic Church marriages and/or marriages with children are at risk of destruction. That's why divorce should be forbidden: the Gospels are clear on this matter.

Indeed, in Matthew 19:3-9, Jesus speaks explicitly about divorces. The relevant text follows (from the Vatican Bible online):

 

"3 Some Pharisees approached him, and tested him, saying, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any cause whatever?"

 

4 He said in reply, "Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female'

In some countries, the Statistics on "divorce freedom" are misleading due to the presence of perverse laws that favor (impose) divorces by mutual consent.

The principle is simple: if the rejected person refuses to divorce, (e.g., a devout Christian), they lose all rights in the legal proceedings—over money and real estate.

This creates a powerful blackmail, aiming to impose a false freedom and accelerate the destruction of traditional families.

Idea: Judges should still be pro-God in their decision, even under satanic laws. Otherwise, they may face divine (mirror) punishment. In this sense, it’s still worthwhile to refuse divorce—especially in the case of Catholic Church marriages. However, protections against evil are recommended.

Because the risk of divorce now exists, at the time of marriage, the spouses should ideally choose to marry with complete separation of possessions, including property acquired afterwards.

They should also marry through the Catholic Church and remain open to life, otherwise they risk committing the mortal sin of lust.

In case of divorce, if the ex-spouses didn't marry with total separation of property, one of them risks losing significant assets to the other.

The husband should be financially advantaged, and his wife should take care of her appearance... both should also be pro-God.

A Possible Solution: Forbid Divorces, But With Compensations

In my opinion, to stop the destruction of traditional families, the best solution may simply be to forbid divorce—but to do so accompanied by intelligent compensatory measures, at least in the most dramatic cases (e.g., marriages with children and/or Catholic marriages).

However, since the situations that lead to divorces are often complex, and we shall not judge people individually, each case should be approached with intelligent compensating measures, to avoid the repetition of some dramatic situations that happened at our grandparents times.

Each case should be carefully analyzed by professional people to find the best solution to keep the couple happy and together.

A kind of reconciliation institution, preferably ruled by Catholic Traditional professional people, should ideally try to solve each case, in a smart way. E.g. lack of money/unemployment/disease: financial support from the government, if required; problems of alcoholism/drugs: detox clinic; domestic violence, with risk of murder: temporary separation/psychiatric treatment for the ill person; adequate aesthetic care for the concerned wife; adultery/opposite interests, etc., study of each situation, comparing with Clinton’s experience, etc.

These suggestions are not necessarily the best ones—further statistical studies could be implemented to determine the best solution (to prevent) each divorce problem. Unfortunately, even with compensation, cutting selfish, false, partial freedoms, and also because of the complexity of the problem, this kind of idea risks to be polemic or not popular.

Furthermore, some cases are impossible to solve, in a good way... e.g., a father has children from different (ex-) wives, loving one but not the other...

A variant of the preceding idea—less efficient, but maybe less polemic/more popular—would be to encourage the good practices/the will of God in couples and discourage the negative practices, using government's money wisely.

Catholic marriages and families with children should be protected (money incentives + other kind of measures previously mentioned), and divorces should be discouraged with smart taxes.

It's not possible to solve this complex problem, but the good practices should be promoted (e.g., Catholic marriages for life), and the undesired ones should be discouraged, e.g., with very expensive divorces, especially in the cases of Catholic marriages and/or couples with children, with funds to help the Catholic married couples in difficulties + conciliation/compensation committees, etc.

Not forbidding divorces openly, some polemic could be avoided, while promoting good practices... Studies/inquiries could also be done to see the reaction of the citizens to such measures.

Ideally, the best would be to ban the bad practices (forbidding divorces, especially from the couples married within a Catholic marriage contract)—but this is likely to be unpopular, even with compensating measures. And normally, we cannot expect a positive reaction from the official media...

Idea for the Concerned Sons: "Divorce" From the Separatist Parent

An idea for the concerned sons and daughters would be to divorce from the parent who caused the separation.

We all know that "it's very important to divorce from the concerned parent", but "there are never divorces from the sons or daughters".

Therefore, the sons/daughters could protest: they could "divorce" from the separatist parent to give him (her), his (her) "mirror cup", e.g., refusing to communicate (the cold shoulder) and/or choosing to be educated only by the abandoned parent (when possible).

As we know, present legislation is satanic and permissive in what involves divorces; this kind of reaction could help in some cases...

But in other cases, it doesn't work, e.g., with children from different parents/marriages: half-brothers/half-sisters.

Expecting governments to forbid divorce may seem utopian.

Because couples today face serious risk of financial and emotional ruin due to legal traps favoring divorce, I propose the following: that those who wish, before signing their Catholic marriage vows, enter into a Juridical Contract of Divorce Prevention—a legal document signed by both the future husband and wife, with the original stored by a notary.

If the notary refuses, the document could still be stored elsewhere—for example in a secure cloud service, or even in an email saved in a dedicated folder.

The goal is to make divorce financially and legally unattractive, unlike the current situation. The penalties (monetary or otherwise) may be adjusted, but should be high enough to serve as a deterrent. In case of divorce the couple face court proceedings. Typically, such contracts may contradict national laws, but don't lose hope: judges should normally make a pro-God decision than merely following the laws of men.

If necessary, the case could be taken to a court of appeal. This contract might provide a pretext for that...

In order to go against the automatic procedures of decision, e.g., automatisms pro-divorces, one could send an email or a letter to the appropriate institution of justice.

Those rejected should not give up, Catholic marriage is meant to last a lifetime. These measures should be taken seriously—even without a juridical contract in place.

Some personal concessions might be necessary from the (ex)spouse, in order to calm tensions and foster peace.

Juridical Contract of Divorce Prevention (Sketch).

1. The two spouses, a 100% natural man and a 100% natural woman, commit to marry through a Catholic marriage and to remain married for life, even during difficult periods. Please also refer also to the remaining points of this contract. In case one spouse forces a divorce, he or she shall pay indemnification equal to 100% of all their income, money, estate, and capital, with a minimum of 1,000 times the largest EuroMillions jackpot to the other spouse, plus a food pension with a monthly amount equal to the largest EuroMillions jackpot. For wealthy people, these amounts shall be adjusted upward significantly: divorces shall no longer be compensated or payable. In case of reconciliation and reestablishment of the Catholic marriage, payment of the food pension stops and the spouse who received the money shall return half of the original indemnity amount of the forced divorce (without interests), that was previously kept in a savings bank account created for this purpose.

2. If the bad behavior results from disease, health problems, or evil dependencies/vices, the "aggressor" shall accept appropriate treatment, e.g., detoxication therapy from drugs or alcohol at a clinic. Coffee, medicines, poverty, and tobacco are generally excluded from these considerations.
   
   
4. In case of mutilation or other crimes of the style, such as homicide, the law of the country shall apply. The aggressor shall also pay for treatment and give a monetary compensation equivalent to three months of income to the victim.

5. In case of sexual impotence, the ill spouse shall accept healing therapies that don't endanger their health.
   
   
6. In all other fault cases where no specific amount is mentioned, the spouse at fault shall pay 2/30 of their monthly revenue per day, with a minimum of $30 per day. All amounts mentioned in this contract shall be indexed annually to inflation. If the "aggressor" suffers from a disease causing the disorder (e.g., recurrent physical aggression), they shall undergo adequate therapeutic treatment when possible; otherwise they shall pay the corresponding amounts to the other spouse.
   
   
7. The future husband commits to love his wife as stated in Colossians 3:19 and Ephesians 5:21-33. He shall correct his wife according to God’s will, without forcing her to sin, such as forcing abortion, sodomy, theft, prostitution, etc. He shall not force a situation of slavery on her (see also the following point).
   
   
8. The wife shall be subordinated first to God, then to her husband, as stated in the Bible (e.g., Colossians 3:18, Genesis 3:16, Ephesians 5:21-33), interpreted according to Catholic doctrine of 1200 AD. She shall be responsible for domestic tasks or ask permission from her husband and master, otherwise.

9. The wife agrees to color her hair adequately in platinum blonde, permanently covering most of her hair/head with an adequate head cover (e.g., a suitable bonnet), in order to permanently hide her black hair roots and to respect 1 Corinthians 11:1-16.

15. This contract is established between a man and a woman (no transsexuality or homosexuality accepted). Otherwise, the contract is invalid—there are no Catholic, True Faith marriages between transsexuals or homosexuals accepted by God—and the spouse at fault shall pay the other spouse the amount due in case of forced divorce, including the respective food pension.

17. Following a divorce/separation that goes against the spirit of Catholic conservative doctrine of 1200 AD and this contract, neither ex-spouse shall take another partner (lover). If the spouse who forced the divorce finds another lover, he or she shall pay to the other spouse an amount equal to the biggest EuroMillions jackpot, for each month of proven cohabitation with another partner(s). In case of separation, the spouse who forced the separation and cohabits with another partner shall pay the other spouse an amount equal to half the largest EuroMillions jackpot, every month, for as long as this situation continues. This clause is nullified for the husband if the cause of divorce is the wife’s prostitution and the husband is the one who requested the divorce—this being the only acceptable case of divorce/separation under this contract and the Gospels.

This sketch can be adapted according to specific circumstances, and the future couple should be encouraged to read the contract carefully.

It would be the time to take (or not) their responsibilities. They shall decide if they want an everlasting marriage or a less serious one.

No one is forced to sign this contract. But once it’s signed, both parties should take responsibility. This is not the perfect solution, but it may serve as a deterrent. And just as 50 years ago, the children could benefit from having both parents together, with at least a minimum of love—or respect for the contract.

In the case of ambiguities or special situations—such as adultery, alcoholism, drug use, or other issues, like those caused by nervous disorders or behavioral tendencies—ideally, a special (Catholic conservative) mediation committee should be created to support and promote Catholic pro-God marriages, and to study these kinds of cases.

Please note that this formula is not 100% reliable: it’s enough for a spouse, who wants a divorce to flee the country; he or she would then escape the jurisdiction of the country where the marriage took place. However, in that case, the victimized spouse could still file a claim in court for the money and property of the spouse at fault.

Also note that unforeseen situations may arise that are not covered by the juridical contract, and the law of the concerned country may render such a contract void.

You are advised to consult with a lawyer or notary before signing this contract... but even so, you could still go forward with it.

Indeed, we may still keep hope, even under satanic legislation, because judges should still decide pro-God and not according to man-made laws. A perfect solution doesn't exist... Pro-Catholic legislation could help significantly by simply forbidding divorces, especially in the case of couples married through the Catholic Church. A possible pro-Catholic conservative reconciliation committee should be created to help struggling couples in a pro-God way.

Spouses should pray the daily Rosary together, attentively, to maintain unity with the family.

They should marry through the Catholic Church, with complete separation of possessions, and sign a Juridical Contract of Divorce Prevention, pro-God, like the one described in this chapter.

In case of divorce, those previously married by the Catholic Church should take the matter to court, and even to the court of appeal, to fight the divorce, even if the national laws are pro-divorce, because judges should still decide in favor of God.
